Overview
Mani Vista is the tallest residential project in Tollygunge — a pair of B+G+31 towers on N.S.C. Bose Road, diagonally opposite the metro station. It is the only address in the area that overlooks both the Tollygunge Club and the Royal Calcutta Golf Club.
Around sixty per cent of the apartments are open on three sides, which does more for ventilation than any amount of mechanical cooling.
